News Note: E-Verify Rule for Federal Contracts Delayed--Again
Originally scheduled to go into effect in January, the rule that will require federal contractors to use the U.S. Customs and Immigration Service (USCIS) E-Verify system for all new hires has been delayed again, now moving from from June 30 to Sept. 8.
