You're likely facing all kinds of challenges in your workplace these days: constantly changing laws, downsizing, pinched budgets, and more. And on top of all that, your tried-and-true Boomers are starting to retire, leaving you with a mystifying batch of young workers collectively known as Generation Y.

No matter how up to speed you are on everything else in your HR department, you've probably asked yourself at least once, "Who are these people? And what the heck do they want?"

Gen Yers are just starting their careers, and it's not for nothing they've been flagged as having an "entitlement mentality." They look at work (and life) differently than your older employees, and they're a real challenge to engage, manage, and retain. But if you do it right, you can start reaping the rewards now and for years to come.

Join us on June 10 for an in-depth audio conference all about successfully managing your Gen Y employees. You'll learn:

  • What you think you know about Gen Y—and why you're wrong

  • How this generation is affecting, both positively and negatively, the rest of your organization

  • Secrets for keeping Gen Yers engaged and productive at work

  • How to overcome the "entitlement mentality," and even turn it to your advantage

  • Why retention of Gen Yers is particularly difficult, and what you can do to keep them around

  • What Gen Yers really want at work (and no, it's not all about money)

  • Why understanding this generation can revitalize your hiring, now and in the future

  • Legal concerns affecting Gen Yers you need to know about
