Credibility. It's hard to establish and it's easy to lose. Yet it's critical for HR success.
There is a compelling body of evidence that provides a basis for decisions in every major HR practice area, including staffing, compensation, performance management, diversity, training, and development, and more. The key is finding the right research to back up your decisions.
Join us on June 18 for an in-depth audio conference about establishing and maintaining HR credibility within your organization. Our expert—an experienced business consultant and former head of HR for five different organizations—will explain the nuts and bolts of this area. A discussion of research pertaining to HR best practices will provide insights into the practical applications necessary to build and maintain your HR credibility with operating and line management. You'll learn:
- Sound practices that can enable you to make the best staffing and selection decisions
- Key research about motivation as it applies to compensation and rewards
- The basic building blocks of a sound and defensible performance appraisal system
- What works and produces the most learning results in the training and development area
- How much confidence you can develop when your HR decisions are based on long-standing research by top organizations and academics
About Your Speaker:
Barry Leskin is a consultant with TRI Corp., which helps clients develop their leaders, improve executive business acumen, and enhance shareholder value.
