The recession has exposed weaknesses and vulnerabilities in HR management and employment practices strategies. These weaknesses rob organizations of vital assets, expose them to employment-related liabilities, make them less competitive, and hinder future growth.
Weathering the storm is about more than hunkering down and waiting it out. Savvy organizations are designing and implementing strategies to ensure they survive now—and thrive later.
Join us July 28, when our expert speakers will help your organization identify and assess HR management risks and vulnerabilities, implement key employment practices strategies to increase competitiveness while reducing legal exposure, and position your organization to seize new opportunities through effective human capital management.
You'll learn:
- Strategies to identify human capital-related risks
- Steps to improve your internal controls
- How employers can maximize payroll budget through effective use of wage-hour laws
- What two contracts can best reduce employer costs—and how to use them
- What two contracts best protect your firm's competitiveness
- Which one contract must be used with care to avoid major litigation
