Some workers backstab to get a leg up over their colleagues. Others can't seem to keep their mouths shut at the water cooler, spilling secrets about coworkers, managers, or your organization as a whole to anyone who will listen. Some refuse to work with others on achieving common operational goals. And some are star performers who rack up great numbers but make everyone around them miserable.

Bullying, stalling, complaining, stonewalling and other disruptive behaviors have no place in the workplace -- and, if unaddressed, they can create a downright toxic environment.

Join us on March 23 for an interactive 90-minute webinar about how to manage workplace conflicts, whether they emerge between sparring colleagues or team members who fail to effectively communicate with one another.

Our expert -- a seasoned California-based management consultant -- will teach you, step by step, how to get individual workers and departmental teams to play fairly, and how to stop conflicts from escalating so that everyone can focus on what really matters - work.

You'll learn:

  • Best practices for resolving everyday workplace conflict, regardless of its origins
  • Tried-and-true strategies for converting problem causers into problem solvers
  • The documentation process managers and HR should use when addressing any type of conflict, big or small
  • What recurring workplace drama may say about job satisfaction, employee engagement, and your overall corporate culture
  • How to read voice tone, comments, and actions to identify and reduce the type of conflict-breeding, disruptive behavior that's taking place
  • What to do with top performers who bully, harass, or otherwise make life miserable for those around them
