    A. You may upgrade instantly by filling out the Upgrade Subscription Form. Or, call us at 1-800-695-7178. You will be charged a small flat fee for upgrading your account through the end of your current subscription.

    Q. Can I just get access to the website, and not get the print newsletter?
    A. The print newsletter is included as a free benefit of your online subscription. There is no "web-only" subscription option.

    Q. Can I share my username and password with others at my company?
    A. No. A username and password are assigned to a single individual person, not a company. The terms of use agreed to by individuals who subscribe to this site prohibits sharing of logins. This site is designed to detect abuse of this agreement.

    Q. I'm already a subscriber to California Employer Advisor Online, but I don't have a username and password. How can I set one up?
    A. If you paid for your subscription offline (for example by mailing or faxing in a check or credit card payment) you can set up your username and password and get immediate access to the website using this Account Activation form. Note: It may take up to three business days from the time we receive your check for your account to be set up online.

    Q. I would like to change my contact preferences, and specify what types of email I receive from your company. How can I do that?
    A. We respect your privacy and contact preferences. Please use our Email Preferences form to specify the types of email you would like to receive from us, or to remove your email from our list completely.
