Continuing Education Credits
ERI's 2008 California Employment Law Update was approved for recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification though the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). For more information about certification and recertification, please visit the HRCI website at www.hrci.org. The Employer Resource Institute is an approved MCLE Multiple Activity Provider, and the 2008 program has been approved for MCLE credit by the State Bar of California
Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend this event, your registration can be transferred to a substitute for no charge. A full refund, less a 10% service charge, is available for cancellations up to 28 days prior to the event. A 50% refund is available for cancellations 14 days prior to the event. Unfortunately, no refunds are available after 14 days prior to the event. In the unlikely event that ERI decides to cancel this event, ERI accepts no liability for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants
